1, Drain the original heat conduction oil in the system (try to drain as much as possible to reduce the amount of cleaner used), and check whether the circulation pipeline is clear to keep the system unobstructed.

2, Cleaning: Add Shandong Kaidi Brand KD-L152 heat conduction oil press plate machine cleaner into the container, start the circulation pump for circulation. No heating is required, it can be used at room temperature. Switch the system valves so that all parts of the system can be cleaned. It is advisable to switch the valves once per hour. The entire cleaning time is 4 hours (if the oil layer in the system is thick, the cleaning time needs to be increased). Open any part of the circulation pipeline to check the cleaning situation. If there is still oil dirt, extend the cleaning time until it is completely stripped off before proceeding to the next step.

3, Emptying: Discharge all the cleaner and oil dirt in the system into the cleaner container. If conditions permit for purging, use an air compressor to purge the residual liquid in the jacket. If purging is not possible, open all valves and let it air dry naturally.

4, Recycle cleaner: After cleaning, do not drain the cleaning solution. Although the color turns black, the product can be reused. Because the reaction between this product and oil coke is a polar dissolution reaction, after cleaning, the heat conduction oil will form an oil layer on the top of the cleaning solution, with oil residue at the bottom. Just extract the oil layer. When cleaning the equipment next time, continue to use this cleaning solution, and the effect remains unchanged.
